Google has launched Sky for Google Earth, a new feature that shows images of stars to Google Earth application. Users can zoom and do all kinds of crap that they would normally with current Google Earth.
There is expected to be over one million images from various locations. As indicated on their website, “Google Earth combines the power of Google Search with satellite imagery, maps, terrain and 3D buildings to put the world’s geographic information at your fingertips.” This is amazing stuff.
I picked up this article originally on TechCrunch and you can visit the Google Earth website here.
